CAS Stencil September's Top Picks

We were so happy to see all of your lovely entries this month using a variety of techniques with baby wipes and stencils!  We are excited that you are always ready to jump in and try new stenciling design ideas along with us!

Our Top Pick for September
Lucie's card is perfectly CAS with lots of empty space included in her design.  We just loved the pink with touches of gold, the repeat of the hearts in both her large snowflake and stenciled panel!

Congratulations Lucie!

CAS Stencil September Reminder

Just under one week left for this challenge hosted by Julia!

Videos Tutorials:

Acrylic paint, stencils and baby wipes:  (no video just a description below)
(This technique is from a challenge by Annsforte3 over at Splitcoaststampers)
Supplies:  acrylic paint, a brayer, stencils, and some baby wipes.

1) First select a heavy cardstock and apply drops of several different colors of acrylic paint onto the paper.  Using your brayer, or something similar, roll the colors across your cardstock.

2) Immediately place your stencil over the paint, then using a baby wipe gently swipe the baby wipe across the stencil, removing some of the paint. Reminder do not press down too hard so as not to tear your cardstock.

3) Let the cardstock dry and use your creation as a background for your card or die cut a shape to use on your card!

Please follow the challenge rules:

CAS Stencil September Challenge

Welcome to a new challenge hosted by Julia.

Check out the Top Picks from August's Sprays challenge HERE.

Message from Julia
Hello CAS Stencil fans!
This month I am your hostess and I would like all of us to try using techniques where we use baby wipes with our stencils. I have a few different techniques on the topic linked or described below.
One uses Distress Inks, one uses Pan Pastels and one uses acrylic paint - but feel free to use another technique you may know about and share it with us!  It just has to involve baby wipes and stencils!

Techniques:

    Thank you!!!
